Dr. Shane Moss

HEAD CHIROPRACTOR

Hi, my name is Dr Shane Moss, Doctor of Chiropractic located in Maitland NSW.

I chose to study chiropractic because I enjoy helping people and seeing the improvement that I can make in someones quality of life.

I studied for my Science Degree at the Sydney University, and then I followed up this degree with a Masters of Chiropractic at Macquarie University.

After graduating I did a couple of years as a locum in NSW, Victoria, WA and Queensland, and then I did a short stint as a workplace manual handling and ergonomic assessor.

Following this I worked in the UK for 8 years before I relocated back to the Hunter in 2007 to take over from Peter Reilly.

Overall, I have completed more than 20 years in Chiropractic, with over 10 Years at Lorn Chiropractic Clinic.

I am happily married and a father of 4, I really enjoy anything that involves getting to spend time with my family. I also love Bike Riding (Cycling) and just living an overall ‘healthy’ life that’s full of fun and energy.

Lorn Chiropractic Clinic

Whilst most of our patients live in the Maitland area, some can travel up to 2 hours just to come in for regular treatment.

The Clinic was started in the late 1980’s by Peter Reilly. Peter was a well known professional in the local community, especially in the Rugby fraternity for his exceptional treatment and big personality.

Peter unfortunately passed away in 2007 after a short illness, and Dr Shane Moss took over the clinic.

Due to the style of care, and results experienced, some of our patients have been attending the clinic for over 20 years.
